A few ground rules.

These terms apply when you use ClipToDraft’s workspace, tools, and paid features.

Use content you have permission to use

You are responsible for the recordings, links, captions, and text you provide. Use the service only when you have the rights and permissions needed to process that content. Do not use it to bypass private accounts, paywalls, access controls, or other platform restrictions.

Review the output

Transcripts and AI drafts can contain errors, omissions, or unsupported interpretations. Review the output before publishing or relying on it. ClipToDraft does not promise perfect transcription, engagement results, virality, or uninterrupted access to third-party platforms.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity in your account. We may restrict abusive activity, attempts to access other users’ data, or usage that disrupts the service. Guest access is tied to a browser session; create an account to retain access after signing out or changing browsers.

Plans and billing

The pricing page lists current prices, allowances, duration limits, and billing intervals. Prices are in USD. Paid subscriptions renew until canceled. A paid trial, when offered, requires a payment method and converts to the selected paid plan unless canceled before it ends. Stripe’s checkout displays the amount and billing terms before confirmation.

Manage or cancel a subscription from Settings through Stripe’s billing portal. Cancellation at the end of a billing period preserves access until that period ends. Monthly allowances reset on the first day of each calendar month in UTC and do not roll over. Failed transcriptions do not consume a completed transcription allowance.

Service availability

Some features may be unavailable while their processing or billing service is being configured or maintained. Public video platforms can change access rules and prevent a link from being processed. When possible, use a recording file instead. Keep your own copy of content that matters to you.
