A few things to know

Common questions
Does the transcript include the post caption?
No. It captures spoken audio, not the written description, comments, or silent text overlays.
Why can’t a public Reel be processed?
Instagram can restrict downloads or require a login even for a post you can view. Upload an original recording you have permission to process when a direct link is inaccessible.
