More practical workflows: transcription and content repurposing blog.
CONTENT WORKFLOW
Turn a video transcript into a useful first draft.
Keep the source close, find the argument, and edit a draft worth reading.
Get the source right first
A writing assistant cannot reliably fix facts that were transcribed incorrectly. Read the transcript alongside the recording. Correct names, technical terms, numbers, and any sentence where the meaning is unclear before you generate a draft.
Choose one useful idea
A recording can hold several ideas, but an article needs a clear reason to exist. Write one sentence that describes what a reader will learn. Use that sentence to decide which parts of the transcript belong in the article and which can wait for another piece.
Let structure do some of the work
Ask for a first draft with a clear title, a short opening, and sections that follow the source argument. Spoken repetition can become a concise paragraph. A useful example can become its own section. Keep the original transcript available while editing so a polished sentence does not drift away from what was said.
Make the final pass your own
Check every factual claim and quotation against the recording. Remove filler, replace generic phrasing, and add context only when you can support it. An AI-generated draft is a starting point; the final editorial judgment belongs to you.
